About Rachel
Rachel is a singer, song-leader, yoga teacher, actor and facilitator. She shares songs from a range of traditions that connect heart and soul. When we sing together we synchronise our heartbeats. Voices together in unison carry potent collective healing and release as evidenced in our ancestry and the emergence of more recent social and scientific research. Singing collectively has the power to shift stagnant energy and override perceived limitations.
Rachel has facilitated group singing in theatre rehearsals, both as an actor and maker, and as a drama facilitator since 2016. She uses song in her current day-to-day work engaging children with yoga; she also leads group singing for the Sparkle Sisterz, Under the Stars, Sheffield. She trained officially as a song-leader in 2023 with Sophia Efthimiou and in 2024 with Susie Ro Prater.
Rachel loves to help people find a sense of freedom and play with voice and movement and uses imagery, laughter, mindfulness and connection to nature to unlock our innate desire to move and resonate. She sings with her daughter all the time, and whenever opportunities or inspirations arise socially, professionally and personally.
About Christina
Christina is a sound healer, meditation practitioner, and facilitator of inner exploration through breath, awareness, and sound.
She has practiced Vipassana meditation since 2013, spending over 60 days in silent retreat and maintaining a daily practice that informs the depth and presence she brings to her work. Grounded in this experience, Christina holds meditative spaces that invite safety, stillness, and self-inquiry.
Regularly hosting sound journeys, she works with the exploration of sensation and the healing potential of vibration, guiding participants toward embodied awareness and gentle release. Her sessions focus on connection — to self, to others, and to the wider field of shared experience — often supporting women and community groups in returning to inner balance and authenticity.
